1) Double click on the desktop icon:
2) The main program window will open.
Click on "Updates" (Bottom left).
3) for this part, you will need to be connected to the internet.
In the update section: Click on "Check for Updates".
4) Once the update is finished, this screen will appear:
Click on "Protection" (top left)
5) The protection window opens:
Click on "Enable All Protections"
6) Next check that the first two lines state:
"0 items have protection disabled"
You can then close this program (using the x on the top right)
Make sure you update this program (ie repeat the steps on this tutorial) on a regular basis (once a week)
